Prior to joining SERHANT. as a Sr. Agent & Team Leader, Cindy was co-Managing Partner at The Agency, North Atlanta alongside her husband Jeff Beal, who previously served as the Managing Partner & Qualifying Broker. Cindy has also established her non-profit organization, Angel Wings Foundation, and launched her design studio, Elevated Interiors Atlanta. Angel Wings Foundation operates as a S01(c)(3) not-for-profit organization dedicated to aiding those in need. She is also an Interior Designer and Owner of Elevated Interiors Atlanta, a home staging, decor and interior design firm that complements the real estate services her and her husband offer by providing everything from home staging to innovative design solutions. This integrated setup ensures clients-both new visitors and longstanding associates-enjoy a seamless one-stop-shop experience for all their real estate needs, whether buying or selling.

Additionally, Cindy is preparing to launch her new podcast located within the Elevated Interiors Design Studio. Since 2018, Cindy, Jeff, and their son Eric Steedle have been dedicated to realizing their vision with The Stables Motor Condos Flex units in Alpharetta and Buford, catering to enthusiasts of exotic cars. Their expansion plans for their commercial development include two additional locations in Georgia with their development partners Personal Warehouse and are currently working on further ventures up the East Coast.
